Deva of Tortoise is a learned, spirited, and wise deva who supports wise choices and actions.

In the past, due to the abuse of power and unwise actions, many people developed a blockage in their third eye chakra, severing full connection to their innate gifts and the wholeness of nature, to prevent further power misuse. Deva of Tortoise essence has a special way of use that can remove this blockage, opening the third eye fully to the crown chakra, and completely opening to universal knowledge and wisdom, as well as the path for the soul entering this life. When the soul opens to this, it also opens to the earth, as abundant wisdom exists in the heart of the earth.

The essence can be applied to the body or energy field according to themes, introducing the wisdom necessary for the soul—such as the wisdom of plants.
